TRENTON – Governor Phil Murphy announced expanded access to reproductive health care in New Jersey with the adoption of new rules published in the New Jersey Register. In October 2021, the State Board of Medical Examiners unanimously voted to adopt new rules to eliminate medically unnecessary regulations on abortion and open new avenues for reproductive healthcare services across the state.

The Sussex County Democratic Committee remembers the thousands of individuals who perished during the attack on Pearl Harbor 80 years ago today. We also honor the brave individuals who stepped up to serve and protect America following this horrific event.

“As we sit down with family and friends for Thanksgiving, let this day also be one of gratitude for the workers who have worked tirelessly to ensure we have food on our tables,” said Senator Booker. “Farmworkers are often exposed to dangerous and toxic pesticides, risking their health as they work to provide our food. It is imperative that we address this issue directly by updating our laws in order to protect farmworkers, frontline communities, and our environment.”
