Recently, the Rothenberg & Gonzales Political Report downgraded Scott Garrett’s chances to hold the CD5 congressional seat in 2016 from “Safe” to “Republican Favored”.
In the report, the change was made in recognition that Garrett’s recent homophobic disclosures are undermining his chances in an evolving Congressional District.
