Sussex County has a plan to pay back decade-old solar project costs

“The county freeholders said they have a plan that will save more than $2 million as they pay back the loan that financed Sussex County's solar energy project nearly a decade ago.  The county was stuck paying off the debts on the $28 million project when the developer went bankrupt. The county was left in turmoil and pointing fingers of blame.”
