READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR BALLOT:
In one of the official Ballot Drop Boxes located at various locations around our county. See the full list below.
In the mail via USPS, a stamp is not needed.
Hand deliver your ballot to the Sussex County Board of Elections located at 83 Spring Street in Newton during office hours.
Hand deliver your completed paper ballot on Election Day to your designated polling station.
If you intend to vote in-person on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020 you will do the following:
Be given a paper provisional ballot to complete and submit.
If you are disabled and require accommodation, you will be given the ability to use a voting machine to cast your vote
