<p>Volunteer with us at the Sussex County Dems booth at the state fair! We need volunteers every day from July 31st to August 8th!</p><p>Once you sign up, someone from our fair committee will reach out to you to schedule you for an exact shift. We will cover your admission to the fair for your shift!</p><p>Fair shifts on the weekends are 9:45am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm and 6pm to 10pm. During the week, shifts are 11:45-4pm, 4pm-7pm, and 7pm-10pm.</p>

He was confirmed to the post that controls $1.7 trillion in federal spending, vaccine recommendations, food safety, and health insurance programs for nearly half the U.S. population. <strong>We are the party</strong> that values public health and modern medicine.</p>

<p>On his first day in office, Trump pulled the US out of the Paris Climate Agreement and now employees in the EPA’s Office of Environmental Justice and External Civil Rights have been placed on paid administrative leave. The environment needs to be a key focus to create a safe, heathy, and sustainable future for everyone. <strong>We are the party</strong> that wants to mitigate climate change.</p>

<p>References to trans and queer people were removed from the Stonewall National Monument’s web page. The page formerly utilized “LGBTQ+,” within its content, as can be viewed in an archived version&nbsp;of the National Park Service’s website. It now only says “LGB.” <strong>We are the party</strong> that believes trans rights are human rights and that all people within the LGBTQ+ community deserve validation and dignity.</p>
