Action Together NJ, affiliated with the national Action Together Network, is a grassroots movement that supports existing organizations working to protect our civil rights and civil liberties, which are imperiled more now that at any time in recent history.

Now the group has organized a chapter in Sussex County, with 375 members and hoping for more.

Action Together Sussex County held its second meeting on Tuesday; the organization helps groups that already have an infrastructure in place, said Erin Jacobs, a spokesperson for the group, who added, “always looking to expand our membership to all like-minded men and women.”
