Ambassador Phil Murphy may not have New Jersey’s 2017 Democratic gubernatorial nomination in the bag after all. Assemblyman and Bridgegate Committee Co-Chair John Wisniewski may pursue the nomination.
He announced the formation of an exploratory committee. And, as part of his opening pitch, “The Wiz” went after Wall Street. It’s relevant to the race because Murphy’s tenure as a Wall Street executive provided the wherewithal to conduct his extraordinary year long campaign to nail down the nomination.
Max Pizarro reported the development in Observer PolitickerNJ.
