Oroho votes against solitary confinement reforms

Recognizing that the overuse of solitary confinement in New Jersey prisons is counterproductive to the rehabilitation, and especially the mental health, of inmates, the New Jersey State Senate passed bill S51 which puts limits on the use of solitary confinement.  Not on board -- Sussex County’s Senator Steve Oroho.
