New Jersey’s representatives in Congress are spending lots of taxpayer money in this election year getting out the word about their pet projects.  And the leader of the pack in the use of the “franking privilege” is Congressman Scott Garrett.

Keep in mind that Scott Garrett is a politician who calls himself “fiscally conservative”.
