Trump bails on New Jersey; Sussex GOP didn’t get the word

It looks like Donald Trump has given up on New Jersey.

fair-scrc.jpgTrump's campaign office in New Jersey is now closed.  However, some holdouts, like the Republican political machines in Sussex and Morris counties, continue to push Trump despite his patent unfitness to lead our country.

The Republican booth at the Sussex County Farm and Horse Show displays lots of Trump paraphernalia, including a life size cutout of Trump; but few visitors are to be seen. Both GOP Congressmen who represent Sussex County, Scott Garrett and Rodney Frelinghuysen, were early endorsers of Trump, and continue to support him.

Meanwhile, in Morris County, the Republican leadership stumbles badly when it tries to answer Morris County Democratic Chair Chip Robison’s criticism of Trump.
