The Sussex County Democratic Committee has invited all three candidates vying for the Democratic nomination in the Eleventh Congressional District to speak at the SCDC meeting on May 18, 2016. Candidates Joseph Wenzel (left in picture), Lee Anne Brogowski (middle) and Richard McFarlane have confirmed that they will take part in the meeting.

The names of all three candidates will appear on the June 7th primary election ballot in municipalities located in CD11. If you live in Byram, Hopatcong, Ogdensburg, Sparta or Stanhope, you will have the opportunity to pick one of them to run against incumbent Republican Rodney Frelinghuysen in the general election scheduled for this November.

You are invited to join us and meet the candidates. The meeting starts at 7:30 pm. The venue is the Hampton Diner, which is located about one mile north of Newton on Route 206. Please fell free to join us prior to the meeting to dine and chat. The diner opens the meeting room for our use starting at 6 pm.
