Assemblyman Space endorses coal rolling

Assemblyman Parker Space thinks that there’s nothing wrong with some good ‘ol boys doing a little “coal rolling” in Sussex County.

He faults the New Jersey Legislature for enacting a bill (S2418) that prohibits retrofitting a diesel engine to belch smoke at a signal from the driver. The bill passed almost unanimously. Space and Assemblywoman Alison McHose were the only legislators to vote against it.  Space endorses the practice of “coal rolling” and decries prohibiting it in this short Youtube video:
